Referral Program Considerations
Like most things in life, there are a few rules we have to clarify
- A referral fee is only paid out in the event of an executed contract and down payment from the referred party
- The referral fee is a one-time payment. It is not a wage or salary. This is not a contract for employment or services. These considerations are not to be treated as a contract in any form.
- No purchase necessary. You do not have had to work with us in order to refer someone to us. We want to be friends with your friends!
- Spam/excess submissions will be considered just that - spam. They will not be eligible for referral payouts.
- Elevator Consultant Solutions has sole discretion when awarding referral payouts. We will treat you fairly and ask you to do the same of us.
- Referrals are treated as a first come, first serve basis. Meaning if someone has already referred us to that party, you will not be eligible for a referral payout. Likewise, if we are already in a relationship with the specified party, you will not be eligible for a referral payout. We do our best to notify you of either of these situations after receiving your referral, however, are not obligated to do so.
